Directions for all Residential Applications:

When you turn in your application for screening, you must mail a money order or cashier's check payable to C R Management & Investments, Inc. in the sum of $100.00 per applicant 18 or over. If married, the fee will be $150.00 per couple. This is a non-refundable administrative fee that is to be paid with each individual application. Regular applications take 10-15 business days to process.

To order a rush application and screening, please mail an extra $100.00 to your total fee. It takes up to 48 hours to process a rush application.
