Management (CAM) Company incorporated under the laws of the
State of Florida and registered with Florida’s Department of
Business & Professional Regulation.
Our organization has been in business for 20 years. It first
started as an accounting office under the name Corbo-Rodriguez &
Associates CPAS, P.A. This Certified Public Accounting Firm or
C.P.A. has had a long standing experience with Homeowners and
Condominium Associations.
From this relationship with Associations a new company
developed: C R Management & Investments, Inc., dedicated to
helping property owners obtain peace of mind while adding value
to their investments and improving the functioning of their
Associations.
We now manage over 1,540 units in Southeast Florida. We
specialize in Commercial and or Residential Condominiums and
Homeowner’s Associations. Our in-house accounting department is
headed by a Certified Public Accountant. We perform Property
Management and Accounting Services, or either one alone if
necessary (Property Management only; or Accounting Services
only).
